Kim HyungJun Sukses Menyelesaikan Tour 7 Kota di Jepang!



Kim HyungJoon baru saja menyelesaikan tour 7 kota di Jepang “Summer Festival”, yang terakhir pada tanggal 28 Agustus lalu. Dia memulai tournya pada 19 Agustus, dan mengakhirinya setelah 10 hari kemudian. Rata-rata fans yang datang pada konser tersebut terdapat lebih dari 1000 orang.
Kim Hyungjun juga menyanyikan lagu-lagu SS501 seperti “Love Like This” dan “UR Man”; serta lagu-lagu dari musikal “Caffeine” dan lagu solonya “oH! aH!” dan “Long Night”.
Sebagai imbalannya, para fans membawa camilan dan makanan yang khusus disiapkan untuk Kim Hyungjun dan stafnya. HyungJun menanggapi upaya mereka yang hangat dengan bahasa Jepang yang fasih, bahkan belajar semua dialek yang berbeda dari kota-kota di tournya.

Yuri dan Sooyoung SNSD bertemu dengan teman masa kecil di “Dalgona” spesial Chuseok



Yuri dan Sooyoung SNSD akan muncul di episode spesial Chuseok  SBS variety“Dalgona.” Sesuai dengan format acara tersebut, member girl group ini akan reuni dengan teman mereka dan mengungkap cerita masa kanak-kanak mereka.
Teman Yuri akan bercerita tentang Yuri yang menjadi “mirror princess” dan kebiasaannya yang sangat teliti tentang pakaian, meskipun dia masih kecil.
Sooyoung, di lain sisi, akan bertemu dengan cinta pertamanya. Kisah cinta pertama dari idol terpopuler saat ini akan terungkap di acara tersebut, yang menimbulkan banyak antisipasi tentang siapa cinta pertama Sooyoung.
Sementara itu, Sone (fanclub SNSD) mengantisispasi comeback Korea gadis-gadis ini, yang sebelumnya diumumkan akan comeback bulan September.

Super Junior-M “Too Perfect” jadi top chart di Taiwan



Akhir bulan lalu, Super Junior-M merilis repackaged album “Too Perfect” . Kini pada tanggal 9 Mei , SM Entertainment mengungkapkan bahwa album tersebut telah menyapu chart music di Taiwan  sejak peluncurannya.
Pada tanggal 9, album ini duduk manis di peringkat pertama diberbagai weekly sales chart dan salah satunya, seperti FIVE MUSIC, CCR, dan 光 南,.
Album ini dikemas kembalidengan penataan ulang sebuah lagu rakyat yang terkenal Taiwan yang disebut “西风 的 话”; dan Super Junior-M Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, dan Zhoumi mendendangkan lagu tersebut dengan versi acapela yang dikomposeri oleh Kenzie yang menjadi sangat populer di kalangan ELF dan penggemar musik lokal .
Mereka juga terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan lain di Taiwan, seperti MCing untuk program variety di East Wind TV. Anggota Si Won dan Donghae juga sibuk syuting untuk drama mendatang mereka “Extravagant Challenge.”

7!! Menyanyikan Opening Theme Song Baru Anime “NARUTO -Shippuuden-”


Band Pop-rock 7!! debut di tanggal 30 Maret lalu dengan single “Falling Love“ yang menjadi theme song untuk film “Koukou Debut“. Single major label ke-2 band ini dipilih lagi menjadi sebuah theme song, tapi kali ini menjadi theme song untuk anime populer “NARUTO -Shippuuden-“.
Berjudul “Lovers“, single itu akan dirilis tanggal 29 Juni. Lagu kedua dari single itu berjudul “Primitive Power” akan menjadi theme song untuk “NARUTO ~Shounen hen” – sebuah tayangan ulang dari serial pertama anime NARUTO dengan opening dan ending theme song yang berbeda.

Shiseido CosmeticsShiseido is a major Japanese hair care and cosmetics producer. It is the oldest cosmetics company in the world and the fourth largest cosmetics company in the world.
Arinobu Fukuhara, former head pharmacist to the Japanese Imperial Navy, established the Shiseido Pharmacy in 1872. After a visit to the United States and Europe, Arinobu added a soda fountain to the store.


This later grew into the Shiseido Parlour restaurant business, and eventually led to the introduction of ice cream in Japan. The name "Shiseido" can be translated as "praise the virtues of the earth which nurtures new life and brings forth significant values".
Shiseido was the first to develop the softening lotion, a lightweight liquid of toner-like consistency. The oldest softening lotion is named Eudermine, which is still marketed and sold at all Shiseido counters. The softening lotion was developed in response to lead poisoning, as the Japanese women used makeup based on white lead.
In 1917, Shiseido introduces Rainbow Face Powder. The idea of a face powder with seven colors was very novel in a period when white face powders were the norm in Japan.
In 1923, the company began expanding its store-base; it now has approximately 25,000 outlets.
In 1927, a joint stock company was formed.
In 1957, Shiseido began sales in Taiwan, closely followed by Singapore and Hong Kong. In 1962, Shiseido expanded to Hawaii; in 1965, it established Shiseido Cosmetics America. European sales began with Italy in 1968 and Oceania with New Zealand in 1971.
In 1985, Shiseido was the first company to produce sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid/hyaluronan) from non-animal origin sources.

Current skincare products
In Japan, Shiseido sells Elixir Superieur skincare products for women, Aqua Label skincare and toiletry products for daily use, Uno skincare products for men, Clé de Peau Beauté makeup, skin and body care, Benefique skincare and Anessa suncare lines.
The current skincare products developed and produced by Shiseido elsewhere include "Future Solution", "Bio-Performance", "Benefiance", "White Lucent", "The Skincare" and "Pureness". Each includes make-up removers, cleansers, softeners (toner-like liquids) and moisturizers. Some of these lines include speciality products such as serums, masques and exfoliating scrubs. Shiseido also produces a line of suncare and a line of skincare specially formulated for men.
"Bio-Performance" has more targeted products—predominantly, its eye cream is one of the most popular products in this line and focuses on preventing fine lines and dark circles around the eyes. The Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizer and Advanced Super Restoring Cream are two of Shiseido's most popular anti-aging creams. The Bio-Performance line was introduced in 1987 following the synthesis of hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate). Shiseido was the first to formulate and synthesize hyaluronic acid and owns the patent rights therefore all cosmetic lines must use sodium hyaluronate rather than hyaluronic acid on their ingredient lists. Product containers are sleek and modern. Recent additions to the Bio-Performance line include a Refining Essence and Super Exfoliating Discs.
"Benefiance" was introduced in 1996 and is formulated for mature and dry skin types. Most of their containers are glass and are beige. Recent additions to the Benefiance line include a reformulated antiwrinkle eye cream which also treats  dark circles, and a retinol face mask.
"White Lucent" is used to lighten the appearance of skin discoloration due to sun exposure. This line replaced the UV White skincare line, which is one of the most popular skincare lines in Asia. Contrary to popular belief, the term whitening refers to a brightening of the skin tone, not a lightening of skin tone. This product line relies on Japanese botanicals and vitamin C esters to brighten the skin tone, reduce the appearance of sun damage, and promote skin clarity. Because the "White Lucent" line does not contain an actual bleaching agent, it is one of the few lines of skin brightening products that has not been affected by new US laws prohibiting the production and distribution of skin bleaching agents.
"The Skincare" is for all skin types, but targets women in their 20s to 50s, and is therefore more hydrating than Pureness. Uniquely,this line carries three eye creams, sold in containers which are pearly white and are made of plastic. The Skincare line was introduced in 1997 and replaced the Vital Perfection skincare line. It was recently updated and repackaged.
"Pureness" is Shiseido's oil control line introduced in 1995. Because it is aimed at a younger consumer (who typically has oilier skin), it is Shiseido's least expensive skincare line on average due primarily to the containers being simple plastic bottles and tubes of light blue. Pureness products contain plant-derived ingredients like palo azul, a skin conditioner Shiseido claims stimulates the skin's moisturizing capacities and rosemary extract, which has a well-known antimicrobial effect.
"Suncare" products include UVA/UVB sun protection lotions and creams for face, eyes, lips and body, self-tanners (without sun protection) for face and body, and 3 types of foundation makeup (with sun protection). Sun protection products range from SPF 16 to 60 and provide broad spectrum sun protection against UVB and UVA rays. Shiseido uses its own unique UVA rating system of PA ranging from "+" to "+++" as there is no established standard for labelling products that have UVA protection.All Shiseido Suncare products with sun protection (and several foundations) have received The Skin Cancer Foundation's Seal of Recommendation
Shiseido also markets "Shiseido Men" skincare products including shaving cream, face wash which doubles as shaving foam, aftershave lotion, moisturizers, anti-wrinkle creams, eye products, and self tanners.

Make-up
In Japan, Shiseido sells Benefique pre-makeup and foundation products, Maquillage full-line makeup counselling-based products, and Integrate full-line makeup self-selection-based products.
In China, aside from Maquillage, Shiseido also sells Aupres, its major makeup brand there.
Elsewhere, Shiseido produces a line of cosmetics simply called "The Makeup" that provide a full range of products including lip products, powder eye shadows, eye liner pencils, mascara, fluid and compact foundations, concealers, and powder blush. Their hydro powder eye shadows which have a creamy texture are among Allure magazine's top beauty picks.

In addition to producing products under the Shiseido brand, Shiseido also has several other subsidiaries and brands.

The fashion originated in the late 1990s in Harajuku and was promoted by Visual Kei bands such as Malice Mizer, which brought it to greater popularity amongst fans of alternative street fashion and followers of the musical style.




Gothic Lolita fashion is characterized by a darker make-up and clothing. Red lipstick and smokey or neatly defined eyes, created using black eyeliner, are typical styles, although as with all Lolita substyles the look remains fairly natural. Though Gothic make-up is associated with a white powdered face, this is usually considered bad taste within the Lolita fashion. Gothic Lolita usually uses dark color schemes including black, dark blues and purples, although black and white remains popular.
As with some Western Gothic styles, cross jewelry and other religious symbols are also used to accessorize the Gothic Lolita look. Other accessories in the Gothic Lolita style include bags and purses which are often in shapes like bats, coffins, and crucifixes.
Mana, a Visual Kei artist known for dressing in the fashion, created a style of the Gothic Lolita fashion which he calls "Elegant Gothic Lolita", most connected with the fashion label Moi-même-Moitié, which has grown to be very successful. To describe the designs of his new label, he encouraged the use of the aforementioned term Elegant Gothic Lolita (EGL) and Elegant Gothic Aristocrat (EGA).

Animal hair creations from Japan

Animal hair creationsSometimes the line between "kawaii" and grotesque is as thin as a single hair. The exotic hair creations of Shinji Konishi has people asking, are these cute or just plain outrageous?
Konishi's "Animal Hair Exhibition," featuring about 30 wigs, hats and other headpieces, runs until Feb. 14 at the Lapnetship space in Tokyo's Harajuku district.




Konishi, who started out as a hair and makeup artist in 1990, has worked mainly for fashion magazines. His work has appeared in advertisements, CD jackets and music videos for musicians, movies and TV programs.
In the past five years, however, he has created a series of hairpieces in the shape of animals and fruit that perhaps qualify as art.
Konishi's hats that resemble realistic dogs, rabbits, giraffes, lions and elephants are made of human hair. They have appeared on posters and CD jackets, in addition to showings at museums and galleries.
At first glance, they look real. Are people wearing real animals on their heads? The pieces are in fact molded of polystyrene and covered with dyed human hair. The artist reportedly says he aims to gross people out, make them turn away in disgust. He seems to be succeeding.
While grotesque, a few are also playful. Lady Gaga, famed for her fashion crimes, wore Konishi's bat hair hat in her 2009 music video, "Bad Romance."
All over the world, people are copying the wild and kitschy hairstyles and colors found in manga and anime. Konishi's latest wig series recreates such hairdos in lightweight paper clay and polystyrene. Some replica hair hats are available for purchase at the venue, along with a photo collection of the artist's works.

Conditions at Japan Nuke Plant Take Turn for the Worse, Sparking New Fears of Meltdown

Despite some signs of hope in the past week at Japan's troubled Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant, conditions have taken an increasingly alarming turn, with a possible breach at one of the reactors and highly radioactive water found leaking from that and two other reactors.
Work was under way Saturday to inject fresh water into one unit, said Hidehiko Nishiyama, a spokesman for Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, or NISA, amid concerns about dumping large amounts of potentially corrosive seawater onto the reactors.
Radioactivity in seawater just outside one unit tested some 1,250 times higher than normal, probably from both airborne radiation released from the reactors and contaminated water leaked into the sea, Nishiyama said Saturday. Tainted groundwater is the most likely consequence of the incident.
One Fukushima government official said some commercial trucks were refusing to enter the area because of radiation fears, resulting in a shortage of goods.
A nuclear crisis that not long ago was described as serious but stable has now raised concerns of a greater meltdown, with the danger underscored Friday with two plant employees hospitalized after wading into water 10,000 times more radioactive than normal.
The Tokyo Electric Power Co. told Kyodo News that it has begun injecting freshwater into the Unit 1 and 3 reactors at the plant, despite radioactive water leaking from Unit 1, 2 and 3.
The National Institute of Radiological Sciences says that the two employees have likely suffered "internal exposure" in which radioactive substances have entered their bodies, according to Kyodo News.
Trouble at the nuclear plant began shortly after the country's devastating earthquake and tsunami, which knocked out power at the plant, impairing its cooling mechanisms.
The possible breach in Unit 3 might be a crack or a hole in the stainless steel chamber of the reactor core or in the spent fuel pool that's lined with several feet of reinforced concrete. The temperature and pressure inside the core, which holds the fuel rods, remained stable and was far lower than would further melt the core. 
A Japanese government official told residents within 19 miles of the crippled plant to evacuate Friday.
Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano told a news conference that the government asked leaders of affected municipalities to encourage people to leave the affected areas, according to Kyodo News.
A somber Prime Minister Naoto Kan sounded a pessimistic note at a briefing hours after nuclear safety officials announced what could be a major setback in the urgent mission to stop the plant from leaking radiation.
"The situation today at the Fukushima Dai-ichi power plant is still very grave and serious. We must remain vigilant," Kan said. "We are not in a position where we can be optimistic. We must treat every development with the utmost care."
The uncertain situation halted work at the nuclear complex, where dozens had been trying feverishly to stop the overheated plant from leaking dangerous radiation. The plant has leaked some low levels of radiation, but a breach could mean a much larger release of contaminants.
Kan apologized to farmers and business owners for the toll the radiation has had on their livelihoods: Several countries have halted some food imports from areas near the plant after milk and produce were found to contain elevated levels of radiation.
He also thanked utility workers, firefighters and military personnel for "risking their lives" to cool the overheated facility.
The alarm Friday comes two weeks to the day since the magnitude-9 quake triggered a tsunami that enveloped cities along the northeastern coast and knocked out the Fukushima reactor's cooling systems.
Police said the official death toll jumped past 10,000 on Friday. With the cleanup and recovery operations continuing and more than 17,400 listed as missing, the final number of dead was expected to surpass 18,000.
The nuclear crisis has compounded the challenges faced by a nation already saddled with a humanitarian disaster. Much of the frigid northeast remains a scene of despair and devastation, with Japan struggling to feed and house hundreds of thousands of homeless survivors, clear away debris and bury the dead.
A breach could mean a leak has been seeping for days, likely since the hydrogen explosion at Unit 3 on March 14. It's not clear if any of the contaminated water has run into the ground. Radiation readings for the air were not yet available for Friday, but detections in recent days have shown no significant spike.
But elevated levels of radiation have already turned up in raw milk, seawater and 11 kinds of vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower and turnips. Tap water in several areas of Japan -- including Tokyo -- also showed radiation levels considered unsafe for infants, who are particularly vulnerable to cancer-causing radioactive iodine, officials said.
The scare caused a run on bottled water in the capital, and Tokyo municipal officials are distributing it to families with babies.
Previous radioactive emissions have come from intentional efforts to vent small amounts of steam through valves to prevent the core from bursting. However, releases from a breach could allow uncontrolled quantities of radioactive contaminants to escape into the surrounding ground or air.
Government spokesman Yukio Edano said "safety measures may not be adequate" and warned that may contribute to rising anxiety among people about how the disaster is being managed.
"We have to make sure that safety is secured for the people working in that area. We truly believe that is incumbent upon us," the chief Cabinet secretary told reporters.
NISA spokesman Hidehiko Nishiyama said later that plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. was issued a "very strong warning" for safety violations and that a thorough review would be conducted once the situation stabilizes.
Another strong aftershock struck off Japan's northeastern coast Friday. A magnitude-6.4 earthquake hit close to the epicenter of the massive March 11 earthquake and tsunami, the United States Geological Survey says.

Japan says economy in "severe" condition

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s economy is in a “severe condition” with no quick recovery in sight following a triple disaster triggered by the March 11 earthquake that has sent service-sector sentiment plummeting the most on record, the government said on Friday.
While Japan confronts the economic impact of the disaster, it also faces increasing alarm from its neighbors with China expressing concern at the pumping of radioactive water into the sea from a crippled nuclear plant.
China’s Foreign Ministry said it would “closely” monitor Japan’s actions to end the crisis at the plant, where engineers are battling to contain radiation leaks. It demanded accurate information from Tokyo.
“As Japan’s neighbor, we naturally express our concern about this,” ministry spokesman Hong Lei said in a statement.
China is the first nation to publicly express its concern over a crisis that has lasted close to a month. Other countries have banned or restricted food imports from Japan over radiation fears.
“We ask that Japan reports the relevant information to the Chinese side in a swift, comprehensive and accurate way.”
Power blackouts and restrictions, factory shutdowns, and a sharp drop in the number of tourists have left the world’s third largest economy reeling. Many economists expect it to slip into recession this year as factory output and exports suffer.
The crippled Fukushima Daiicho nuclear power plant north of Tokyo means power shortages and supply disruptions that will leave the economy weak for some time, Japan’s central bank said on Friday.
The Cabinet Office’s assessment was equally bleak.
“Japan’s economy is suddenly in a severe condition due to the effects of the earthquake,” it said after releasing a monthly survey of hotel workers, restaurant staff and taxi drivers that showed a record fall in confidence to levels last seen during the depths of the global financial crisis.
In an obvious sign of the downturn; taxis park in long lines in central Tokyo each night, their drivers staying warm by idling the motor as they wait forlornly for a fare.
Japan is facing its worst crisis since World War Two after a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and a huge tsunami battered its northeast coast, leaving nearly 28,000 dead or missing and damaging six nuclear reactors north of Tokyo.
The Tokyo area and regions further north make up half of Japan’s economy, Nomura research shows.
A strong 7.1 magnitude aftershock on Thursday night — one of the biggest of more than 400 aftershocks above magnitude 5.0 — shook the already ravaged northeast.
It forced two companies, including electronics giant Sony Corp, to stop production due to power cuts. At least two people were killed after the tremor.
There was a brief scare when water leaks were found on Friday at a second nuclear plant, Onagawa, in the northeast, but Japan’s nuclear safety agency said it had not detected any change in radiation levels.
NO CHANGE IN RADIATION
A relieved Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO), which operates Fukushima, said Thursday’s quake had not caused any more damage. It briefly evacuated workers because of a tsunami alert, although that was later withdrawn.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said it had not detected any change in radiation levels following Thursday night’s quake. “The situation at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant remains very serious … (but) there are early signs of recovery in some functions such as electrical power and instrumentation,”
the IAEA’s head of nuclear safety, Denis Flory, said.
The agency said radiation in the region around the plant, as measured by gamma dose rates, had peaked in the early days of the crisis, and aside from a rise on March 22, had since fallen to “a level very close to background.”
DISRUPTS BUSINESS
Japan’s neighbors have grown increasingly anxious at the risk of contamination from radiation, with some schools in South Korea closing because of fears of toxic rain. Officials there said the radiation levels in the atmosphere were harmless.
China’s health ministry said this week traces of radioactivity had been found in spinach in three provinces and the state news agency Xinhua reported trace levels of radioactivity detected in 22 provinces.
To cope with power shortages, Japan’s government has asked major companies to cut electricity use in the peak summer months by up to a quarter and the Tokyo Stock Exchange said the power cuts meant it would have to delay plans to extend trading hours.
The impact of the quake meant both output and exports, major pillars of the economy, would remain weak, the central bank said.
“Output will hover at a low level for the time being but then start to increase as supply constraints are mitigated,” the Bank of Japan said in its monthly report for April.
Companies and households will need to cut back significantly on power usage this summer when demand is at its peak, Trade Minister Banri Kaieda said after a cabinet meeting. He urged major companies to cut electricity consumption by 25 percent.
But some ministers at Friday’s cabinet meeting called for an end to a campaign of “self restraint” by ordinary people that was adopted immediately after March 11 to cut fuel or electricity use and discourage stockpiling of necessities.
“Some cabinet ministers said excessive self-restraint could worsen the economy, weakening economic power for reconstruction,” Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano told reporters.
PREVENTING MORE EXPLOSIONS
Utility TEPCO said it was continuing to inject nitrogen into one of its Fukushima reactors to prevent a repeat of last month’s hydrogen explosions.
The plant is far from under control and engineers have been forced to pump in tons of water to cool down reactors, in the process making it radioactive. The water then has to be stored, though some has been released into the sea.
Officials say it could take months to bring the reactors under control and years to clear up the toxic mess left behind.
The government has set up a 20-km (12-mile) exclusion zone around the plant, banned fishing along much of the northeast coast and set up evacuation centers for the tens of thousands forced to leave their homes following the crisis.
